Dear Members,
This is an official notification of the 21st Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the MICCI Southern Branch, which will be held at i-Privilege Club, No. 2, Jalan i-Park SAC 1/1, Taman Perindustrian I-Park, SAC, 81400 Senai, Johor, Malaysia on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, at 3:30 PM.
Agenda:
1. To re-elect not less than 5 and not more than 10 persons for the Branch Exco.
2. To transact any other business of which due notice shall have been received.

Notes:
1. A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint not more than one (1) proxy to attend, participate, speak and vote in his stead. A proxy or Representatives of a Member registered with Secretariat as referred to in Article 1(4) of the Constitution of the Company.
2. The instrument appointing a proxy shall be in writing under the hand of the appointer or his attorney duly authorised in writing or, if the appointer is a corporation, either under seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorised.
3. The instrument appointing a proxy must be deposited with the Branch Manager of the MICCI Southern Branch at 85, Jalan Serampang, Taman Sri Tebrau, 80050 Johor Bahru, Johor not less than Forty-Eight (48) hours before the time fixed for the Branch Annual General Meeting.
4. Only Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at 21 September 2025 will be regarded as members and entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
