Our member Shangri-La Group is ready to welcome back staycation guests in Malaysia with their fully vaccinated guest-facing workforce and StaySurance personal accident cover.
In light of the ease in restrictions in Penang, Shangri-La Group is collaborating with AIG Insurance in going the extra mile to provide staycation guests with added confidence and greater peace of mind while doing so. They are the first hotel group with this initiative to cover local guests with personal accident coverage during their stay with us.
Through this event, they are making available to their guests emergency medical coverage of up to a total of USD100 per day at no additional charge, should guests be hospitalised due to an accident or infectious disease such as COVID-19 during their stay.
