MICCI Central Training – Motivation Through Appreciation

 

On 23rd July, MICCI Central Branch was pleased to organise and facilitate a professional development workshop in collaboration with 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, titled “Workplace Motivation Through Appreciation.” The session was designed to equip participants with effective strategies to foster a positive and productive work culture through the power of genuine appreciation. This initiative reflects MICCI’s continued commitment to enhancing member engagement and workplace excellence through relevant and meaningful training programmes.

The workshop was led by two distinguished speakers: 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿, a specialist in Workplace Well-being from King’s College London, and 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗲, an expert in Cross-Cultural Leadership and a graduate of Harvard University. Participants gained valuable insights on how to boost team morale through real appreciation, apply simple yet impactful motivational techniques, and build greater trust and productivity within their teams. The session was interactive and engaging, with practical tools that could be immediately implemented in the workplace.

The training was attended by representatives from a diverse range of companies, including 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹 (𝗠) 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱, 𝗘𝗞𝗟 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱, 𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱, 𝗜𝗝𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗱, 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱, 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱, 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗲 𝗣𝗟𝗧, and 𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽.
