The ‘Women and Work: If Opportunity Doesn’t Knock, Build a Door!’ session at the Women Career Convention (WCC) on 27th October 2021 was an enlightening and empowering talk for women of all ages and different career trajectories. 

MICCIs President Ms. Christina Tee was a panelist for this session along with Tan Sri Dr. Noorul Ainur and Ms. Karpana Somasundram. All three women brought forward their different experiences and how that has shaped their career today. The session was moderated by Mr. Yu Ren Chung.  

The panelists also spoke about the struggles that they have faced in their careers, how they overcame them and created opportunities for themselves. It was encouraging to listen to their advice and hear from such highly regarded figures in their respective industries.
