From 3.00pm to 6.00pm, Sembang 3–6 invites you to pause at The Light Hotel Penang — for a client meeting, a quiet celebration or an hour that is simply your own.
Each set is composed with 5-star care: Nasi Lemak Udang, Anchovy French Toast with Sambal, Cucur Udang & Cokodok, Rendang Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Thai Chicken Dip with Toast and Crispy Vadai with Chicken Char Siew Pie. Every set is accompanied by our signature ketayap and a hot beverage of your choice — Teh Tarik, Masala Tea, Bru Coffee, Cappuccino or Latte.

Weekend Roasted Feast | Fri & Sat, 6PM–9.30PM
On every Friday and Saturday evenings, Spice Brasserie unveils the Weekend Roasted Feast. A distinguished buffet of live stations, from 6.00pm to 9.30pm.
Seasonal seafood is finished to order at a gleaming buffet counter. Succulent Kambing Golek is carved at the roast. A fragrant selection of biryani, a vibrant wok-fresh Thai station, and an artisanal Teh Tarik corner complete an evening of considered indulgence.
