On 21st December 2022, the President Of MICCI, Ms. Christina Tee released a media statement on Negatives of Sudden Drastic Changes to Pro-Business Policies.

The Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) supports the new government’s efforts in having more equitable and targeted subsidy policies for the benefit of the B40 and M40. Business and a sustainable vibrant economy provides livelihood for both sides. That is why, any sudden change in economic policy does not augur well with enterprise and have adverse effects on the smooth running of the country’s economic activities.
