About the Conference
The ASEAN E-Commerce Conference 2025 is the first regional platform of its kind dedicated specifically to e-commerce under Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship. The conference brings together stakeholders from across the ASEAN region and beyond, such as governments, digital platforms, regulators, MSMEs, and development partners. Attendees will convene to explore how Southeast Asia can build a more inclusive, competitive, and trusted digital commerce ecosystem.
As e-commerce continues to reshape retail, logistics, and finance across the region, its role in driving economic growth, enabling small business participation, and connecting underserved communities has never been more relevant. With ASEAN economies experiencing rapid digitalisation, the conference offers a timely opportunity to align innovation with governance, and to advance cross-border cooperation for sustainable and interoperable digital trade.
The two-day programme is structured around two themes:
