Introduced in Budget 2023, the “e-invoice” is a pivotal step towards advancing Malaysia’s digital landscape, enhancing the digital tax service administration and collection. This implementation will take place in stages from June 2024, commencing with mandatory adoption by businesses boasting an annual turnover surpassing RM100 million. The oversight of this implementation will be done by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (HASiL), in collaboration with the Malaysian Digital Economy Corp (MDEC), to ensure a seamless and successful rollout.

Join this webinar to obtain more information and clarification on the ‘e-invoicing’ system and its implementation. The webinar will be presented by Mr Chow Chee Yen, Senior Executive Director of Tax Advisory & Compliance who is also the President of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
