On the 7th June 2023, the Ambassador of Guatemala to Malaysia (Resident in Indonesia), H.E Maynor Jacobo Cuyún Salguero, paid a courtesy visit to the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI). Attendance by Ms. Christina Tee, our National President and Mr. Shaun Edward Cheah, our Executive Director. Followed by Mr. Callum Chen (President of MCMTC & General Committee of MICCI), Mr. Martin Ang (Director of Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd), and includes both members of MICCI and Malaysia Consortium Mid-Tier Company (MCMTC).

This visit signifies the beginning of a fruitful collaboration, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to host our esteemed guest, H.E Maynor Jacobo Cuyún Salguero.

It gives a new opportunity for us to learn from each other, and explore new avenues of collaboration in Central America with new business opportunities, trade, and investment. MICCI and MCMTC looking forward to further engagement with the Guatemala Embassy in the near future.
