Strengthening UK–Perak Business Connections with UK Delegates

MICCI Perak was honoured to host a Networking Dinner with a delegation from The British Malaysia Society (BMS) on 13 June 2026 at Meru Valley Golf Resort.

The evening brought together 18 BMS delegates alongside key stakeholders from Perak’s business and investment ecosystem, including representatives from MIDA Perak, PKNPk, and InvestPerak, as well as Presidents and Vice Presidents from leading chambers — DPPM Perak, PCCCI, PICC, FMM Perak and MICCI Perak.

The gathering served as a meaningful platform to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and explore collaboration opportunities in investment, industry, tourism, and business development, reinforcing the growing UK–Perak economic ties.

We are especially encouraged by the keen interest expressed by the BMS Chairperson, Ms Lai Mei Sim, OBE DL, in deepening engagement with Perak and exploring future collaborations.
