The Union Customs Code (UCC) which defines the legal framework for customs rules and procedures in the EU customs territory will no longer be in force starting 31st December 2020 as a result of BREXIT i.e. when UK officially exiting as a member of the European Union (EU).

Starting from 1st January 2021, there are some changes of the UCC rules for all ATA Carnet Users.
