MICCI Central Branch – Branch Annual General Meeting
Dear MICCI Valued Members,
Enclosed please find the official notification of the 3rd Central Branch Annual General Meeting of Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“MICCI” or “Chamber”) which will be physically held at the Danai Medical Wellness Clinic, bearing address Unit 1-3 Level 7, Boulevard Office Block A, Jalan Lingkaran Syed Putra Midvalley City on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 at 9.30 a.m. Together with this notification, please find the attached NOTICE & AGENDA for the General Meeting for your kind attention.
Election to Branch Executive Committee (Branch Exco) is open to the Branch Member in accordance with restrictions and deadlines contained in the NOMINATION FORM attached together with this notation. All completed nominations must be emailed to wayne@micci.com or submitted to the MICCI Central Branch Office not later than seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the Branch General Meeting (i.e. 16December 2025).
The proxy appointment may be executed by the Branch Member in accordance with restrictions and deadlines contained in the PROXY FORM attached together with this notation. All completed PROXY FORM must be emailed to wayne@micci.com or submitted to the MICCI Central Branch Office not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for the General Meeting (i.e. 9:30 a.m., 21 December 2025). No Branch Member may hold and vote more than one (1) proxy on behalf of other Branch Members.
We hope you will be able to attend this important event and participate in the democratic process of the Branch, as we require a quorum of 15% of voting Branch Members or 12 members whichever is lesser in attendance before the 3rd General Meeting of MICCI Central Branch can be carried out.
