On 25 June 2026, MICCI, in collaboration with our esteemed member, Labuan IBFC, successfully hosted the webinar, “Scaling Beyond Borders: Structuring Business Expansion through Labuan IBFC, Malaysia.” The session brought together business leaders, professionals, and industry experts to explore strategies for regional expansion and sustainable cross-border business growth.

The session commenced with welcome remarks by Mr. Leslie Tan, Deputy General Manager of MICCI, and Mr. Ben Quah, Chief Executive Officer of Labuan IBFC. Participants also gained valuable insights from Ms. Serene Liaw, Deputy Director, Strategic Planning & Investor Relations of Labuan IBFC, who shared how Labuan IBFC supports international business expansion through regional investment structures, cross-border financing, risk management, and operational solutions.
