COURTESY VISIT BY MALAYSIA EXTERNAL TRADE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

MICCI Southern Region had the pleasure of welcoming Encik Mohamad Adris Abu Bakar, Director of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) Johor and his assistant, Encik Mohd Shahfur Bakhtiar Mohd Supian for a courtesy visit to the MICCI Southern Region office on 6 May 2026. 

The visit was held primarily to introduce Encik Mohamad Adris Abu Bakar as the newly appointed Director of MATRADE Johor and to further strengthen the relationship of both organisations. 

During the meeting, both parties engaged in fruitful discussions on current business developments, export promotion initiatives, and potential areas of collaboration in supporting the business community in the southern region. 

MICCI Southern Region expressed its appreciation for the visit and looks forward to continuing a close and fruitful working relationship with MATRADE Johor.
