Malaysia And Ghana Trade Forum

Malaysia will continue to strengthen relations and increase bilateral trade with Ghana to a new level by diversifying its investment portfolio to include manufacturing, information and communication technology, health, and tourism. The agreement was reached through the Malaysia and Ghana Trade Forum.
At the forum, the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ghana Investment Promotion Center, opening doors for investors and entrepreneurs from both countries to expand their businesses.
MICCI was represented by our Vice President, Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof while Ghana was represented by the Director of the Investor Services Division, Mr. Edward Ashong Lartey.
Dato’ Azman said that as an NGO aiming to expand investments between Malaysia and foreign countries, the B2B forum serves as a key performance indicator (KPI) for the country’s efforts to attract foreign investments.
