MICCI Central Branch proudly supported Malaysia Consumer Expo (MYCE 2024), organized by the Malaysia Guangdong Chamber of Commerce of Importers and Exporters (MGIECC), a 3-day exhibition held at MITEC, marking Malaysia’s inaugural consumer-driven global trade show.  This landmark event redefined the interaction between businesses and consumers, bringing together a diverse range of industries and products under one roof. It was graced by the esteemed presence of Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali Bin Mohd Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka.

The representative from the Central Branch delegation included Dato’ Andy Choong Kar Foo, Chairman; Mr. Lim Chong Ling, Vice-Chairman (One Ocean Environmental Sdn Bhd); Ms. See Mei Qi, Treasurer (See Song & Sons Sdn Bhd); and Mr. Shaun Edward Cheah (Salient Outcome). Their presence emphasized MICCI’s commitment to fostering collaboration with industry stakeholders and supporting initiatives aimed at promoting consumer welfare and economic growth.

As part of the expo, MICCI Central set up a booth to connect with the wider business community. The booth was led by Ms. Lynette Thomas and Mr. Wayne Shu Guo Qui, providing an excellent platform for networking and collaboration.
