On 20th November 2024, the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) Perak Branch successfully hosted a highly engaging Members’ Get-Together session at the MICCI Perak office on the topic, “Bulletproofing Your People Process in Organisations: Employee Retention Through a Healthy Corporate Culture.” 🎯💼 

The session featured a distinguished speaker, Mr. Ernest Balasingam, Director of Back2Basics Consultants Sdn Bhd, who brought 27 years of expertise in Industrial Relations Advocacy, sharing invaluable strategies to enhance employee retention and foster a positive corporate culture. 🌟👥
